The design studio «Superkül Inc Architect» has received the «2012 Design Excellence Award» for the latest architectural project — a SPLIT private house (Toronto, Canada). The owner of residence often do a picnics, therefore creation of conditions for the mass actions was the main requirement.

Simultaneously with this factor, the privacy also important for an everyday life. The private house which is equally good both for a three, and for fifty persons was made.
